Spraying Systems has invested heavily in its FluidAir testing facility to ensure that both continued innovation and customer certainty can thrive with this new and exciting technology. Fluid Air’s innovative technology is taking off around Australia and the globe. In this video, we tell the story and capabilities of our Fluid Air system through the eyes of one of our customers, Queensland-based biotherapeutics manufacturer, Servatus.

Electrostatic spray drying is a low-temperature drying technique that combines gas-liquid atomisation and electrostatic charge in a single-step process for the conversion of liquid feed into powders.

Fluid Air’s technology can be used in a wide range of applications, including pharmaceutical, biopharma, chemical, nutraceuticals, flavouring, essences, high-value dairy ingredients and any other applications that require producing powders from heat-sensitive materials or that require high levels of microencapsulation.

“Fluid Air were great to deal with from start to finish, they helped us at every step of the way” – Nicholas Pichon, Servatus.
