The system coats the bread with a water spray (or any other liquid desired) to ensure proper adhesion of a variety of toppings (seeds, oats, herbs, etc) to differing products.
The AutoJet® Dough Moistening Spray System utilises Precision Spray Control (PSC) to vary the flow rate without changing spray performance when used with electrically-actuated PulsaJet® Spray Nozzles. Using a sensor, the dough is sprayed as it passes underneath the nozzles, ensuring optimal spray of the liquid is applied and coverage is even with no overspray, even if line speed changes.
In addition to the pre-topping spray, we are also able to provide a post-topping spray if required by your bakery application.
