It utilizes chilled water sprays to counteract the evaporative weight loss during the process. As a result, the system effectively reduces the overall weight loss to approximately 1 or 2%.
Our programmable spray chill system regulates the duration of each spray and the intervals in between. This optimal control and real-time monitoring ensure a minimum of water waste. On top of that allows the system remote access by one of our AutoJet engineers, providing immediate backup assistance when required.
