WindJet compressed air nozzles, low-flow air knives and air amplifiers, convert a low-pressure volume of compressed air into a targeted, high-velocity air stream, flat fan or curtain of high-impact air. They are ideal for intermittent operations.
These products significantly reduce compressed air use and also greatly reduce perceived noise level when compared with commonly used solutions such as open pipe, crimped tube or pipe with slots or drilled holes.
- WindJet Compressed Air Nozzles: Operate at OSHA-compliant noise levels with up to 60% less perceived noise than open pipes. Available in a variety of sizes, materials and spray patterns, these nozzles direct high-impact compressed air to a tightly targeted area. They may be mounted side-by-side to create an air curtain and may be operated intermittently or continuously
- WindJet Compressed Air Knives: Provide high-impact compressed air curtains in lengths from 3" (8 cm) up to 2' (61 cm).
- WindJet Compressed Air Amplifiers: Produce a constant, high velocity, targeted air stream for drying and blow-off applications. Efficiency is maximized because additional free air is pulled through the air amplifier along with the compressed air.
