As a Junior HR Generalist, you will support the HR Coordinator EMEA in daily HR operations,
with the possibility to take on strategic projects over time.

Key Tasks:
- Recruitment & Employer Branding
- Support intake meetings with team leaders and help coordinate follow-up actions.
- Assist in organizing interview schedules and tracking candidate progress.
- Help publish job postings on relevant platforms and monitor visibility.

Contribute to the development of employer branding materials and initiatives.

Assist in preparing logistics and materials for job fairs and recruitment events.
- Payroll Support (International)
- Provide administrative support for monthly payroll processes across 6 countries (BE, NL, FR, AT, SE, FI).
- Track and document employee changes and inquiries related to payroll.
- Help prepare payroll-related reports and maintain communication with payroll providers.
- Contracts & Policies
- Assist in onboarding and off-boarding processes, including document preparation.
- Help draft and organize employment contracts and related documentation.
- Support the ordering process for company cars for sales staff.
- Respond to basic HR-related questions from employees and escalate when needed.
- Time Registration
- Monitor employee time registration entries and flag inconsistencies.
- Support the implementation and communication of new time tracking tools and procedures.
- Strategic Projects (based on interest)
- Contribute to ongoing projects such as performance management setup, L&D initiatives, HR analytics, fleet management, and succession planning.
- Provide research, documentation, and coordination support based on project needs and personal strengths.
Your Profile:
- Bachelor or Master in HR, Psychology, Law, or equivalent.
- Initial experience in HR is a plus, but not required.
- Strong administrative and communication skills.
- Eager to learn, proactive, and hands-on.
- Ambition to grow into a broad HR role.
