Common Applications

Chemical Injection

Hydraulic and two-fluid chemical injectors allow you to inject filmers, neutralizing amines and other chemicals effectively while controlling drop size in order to achieve required results.

Water Wash

Injecting water wash prevents the formation of salt deposits and reduces corrosiveness in the overhead line and downstream equipment. Advanced drop size measurement and CFD modeling can help determine optimal injection parameters and locations.

Quenching & Gas Cooling

Control process stream temperatures, mitigate corrosion and increase throughput while keeping equipment and workers safe. Single and two-fluid nozzles are available to meet your process needs.

Sulfur Burning

We offer the industry’s largest selection of sulfur burning nozzles and guns, and a proven track record of success. Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD) modeling optimizes gun placement and drop size, and Fluid Structure Interaction (FSI) modeling helps evaluate the thermal and structural properties of sulfur guns.

Heat Exchanger Fouling Prevention

Our spray technology maximizes spray coverage onto the heat exchanger surface, with an injector that’s easy to remove for service.
