AutoJet® Electrostatic Chain Oiler Systems

Extend chain life, reduce oil use and minimize conveyor downtime with AutoJet® Electrostatic Chain Oiler Systems from Spraying Systems Co.

Superior lubrication performance through next-generation precision

The AutoJet® Electrostatic Chain Oiler Lubrication System takes chain lubrication to the next level by minimizing oil use and reducing costly downtime. Using electrostatic nozzles, lubricant is applied directly to critical chain points with exceptional transfer efficiency. The result? Lower oil consumption, fewer chain breaks, and less unplanned stoppage on chain-driven conveyors.

Equipped with low-flow injector pumps, the system can supply lubricant to multiple spray nozzles at once. each pump can be precisely adjusted, ensuring the exact amount of lubrication is delivered where it's needed.

Benefits

  • Flexible Control: adjustment of the flow rate based on changing operating conditions such as belt speed or different chain needs.
  • High Transfer Efficiency: precise lubrication between pins and bushings reduces oil use and extends chain life.
  • Easy Operation: user-friendly HMI for precision adjustments and real-time system status display.
  • Smart Monitoring: oil/material levels, air pressure, and high-voltage faults are tracked; quick reset clears any issue.
  • Optimized Consumption: low flow rates with accurate control minimize lubricant usage.
  • Cleaner Workplace: minimal overspray ensures a safer, tidier environment.
  • Consistent Results: tracking pins guarantee accurate lubrication volume, even at varying speeds.
  • Can Production: no oil residues left behind on the cans, which allows smooth printing process.

Electrostatic Spray Coating Explained

In electrostatic spraying, a negatively charged liquid coating is drawn to a grounded, neutral target. This simple principle "opposite charges attract", delivers powerful benefits in advanced coating applications. The electrostatic force pulls the coating directly onto the surface, achieving transfer efficiencies of typically over 90%.

Because coating is attracted to the target and applied with low-flow precision spray, overspray is virtually eliminated. The result: reduced material waster, minimal cleanup, and a safer, more efficient work environment.
