In various processes in industrial bakeries, a small amount of water must be sprayed onto dough products. These spraying systems can dispense exactly the right amount and are also easy to set up.

Dough must be moistened correctly in order for decorations to stick properly. In practice, dispensing the right amount of water or other specific liquid with the correct distribution is often very difficult and time-consuming. It also varies depending on the dough product, the belt speed, and fluctuating pipe pressure.

In addition, the amount of water that needs to be applied is often so small that nozzles without atomizing air dispense too much liquid. Air atomized nozzles do provide a low water output, but they also create a lot of mist and consume your expensive compressed air.

With the help of Precision Spray Control you can apply water or other specific liquids in very small quantities without compressed air. This means: hardly any mist and the possibility to automatically vary the amount of water with the belt speed.
