AutoJet® Glazing Spray Systems

AutoJet® glazing systems are the industry standard for spraying glaze onto bread, rolls, and other baked goods. The hygienic design is easy to clean and maintain. The advanced control system ensures high accuracy and beautiful results.

To ensure that a beautifully browned and shiny bun or other dough product comes out of the oven, it is often treated with egg yolk or whole egg. However, processing egg products is not easy. Poor hygiene when processing eggs can lead to food safety issues. It is therefore important to dose egg products as accurately as possible using a food-grade, hygienic, and cooled spray system.

The AutoJet® Glazing Spray System has been specifically developed for this purpose. This spray system is fully food grade. The liquid temperature is maintained at the exact set temperature throughout the entire system, from the storage tank to the spray nozzle. The liquid is accurately dosed using Precision Spray Control even at varying belt speeds. Spraying without the aid of atomizing air, so without excessive mist.
