Sales Representative Engineer (sales area mainly Flanders)

Employment at our brand new facility in Deinze (activities for EMEA).

The Sales Representative Engineer acts as the company’s ambassador to customers.  The main role is to serve customers by  responding to their relevant needs and using technical knowledge to provide solutions. 
In addition to regular responsibilities, selected sales representative engineers also serve on product and market development steering committees
.

Your duties and responsibilities:

• Conducting regular customer visits and develop long-term relationships with customers, through managing and interpreting their requirements 
• Address applicable customer queries and propose possible solutions
• Product Selection
• System Design
• Manage large scale projects (in cooperation with other internal departements)
• Keep abreast of new technologies to propose new ideas to remain relevant to customers
• Organize and present at round table meetings
• Increase company outreach through prospection of new customers and projects
• Meeting or exceeding sales goals to identify and develop new prospects
• Helping determine pricing schedules for quotes, promotions and negotiations
• Using data and research to help drive sales strategy and reach sales goals
• Increasing sales reps’ efficiency with leads , transactions and time management
• Contribute to the affiliate’s customer outreach program
• Marketing material distribution
• Develop the appropriate business plan and forecast for the applicable territory (Mainly Flanders)


Your skills and qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you should have:
• A bachelor's degree in a Technical Field 
• Ability to work independently
• Problem solving
• Clear and confident verbal and written communication in Dutch and English, also good knowledge of French
• A willingness to travel frequently to visit customers and partners 
• Presentation skills
