Clip-Eyelet assemblies with ProMax QuickJet ball bodies and spray tips
- Snap-on pipe connection with ProMax QuickJet ball body and spray tips
- Swivel body with 56° adjustability for quick and accurate adjustment of spray direction without disturbing pipe connection
- Single- and double-clamp versions
- Use with 1”, 1-1/4”, 1-1/2” or 2” pipe
- Inlet sizes for 9/16” (14.5 mm) or 21/32” (17 mm) dia. drill holes; retrofit seals are available for 27/32” (21 mm) dia. drill holes
- PTFE-coated Viton® tip seal provides positive seal between ball and tip; seal remains attached to tip to prevent loss
- Chemical-resistant ProMax material withstands caking, clogging and build-up
- Optional threaded ball for use with conventional nozzles
- Ideal for spraying phosphates, acids, solvents and other caustics

38625 HP-Eyelet Assembly
HP-Eyelet assemblies for use with QuickJet ProMax ball body and spray tips, Clip-Eyelet ball-type spray tips or threaded ball and threaded nozzles
- Hinged body attaches to spray header with one handtightened screw; standard screwdrivers or Allen wrenches can be used
- Screw can be installed from either side of the assembly and remains attached when loosened to prevent loss
- Use with 1-1/4” or 1-1/2” pipe
- Inlet size for 9/16” (14.5 mm) dia. drill holes; retrofit seals are available for 21/32” (17 mm) or 27/32” (21 mm) dia. drill holes
- Materials resist scale, chemical attack and chemical build-up. (Body is ProMax, cap is polyphthalamide, seal and O-ring are EPDM. Viton® option available for seal and O-ring)
- Accepts ProMax® QuickJet® ball body and spray tips; Clip-Eyelet® ball-type spray tips or threaded ball and threaded nozzles
