Project Engineer
We are currently hiring a
Project Engineer
reporting to our Team Leader Production in Deinze
Your tasks:
- Scheduling the production tasks for your projects/orders and follow-up
- Together with a team of mechanical and electric designers and software developers, you integrate various hardware and software components into a working system solution, which you validate extensively.
- Create/adjust the BOM for the project
- Drawing up the functional description for the user’s manual
- Drawing up the operation and maintenance instructions
- Validation of systems / installations + creation of test reports
- Continuous follow-up and monitoring of timeline and budget of the project
- Continuous analysis of project costs, resulting in immediate corrective actions on the project and proposals for improvement of business model and process flow chart
What you bring with you:
- Electro-mechanical bachelor or master
- Optional experience with application programming on Siemens PLC platforms (TIA Portal, S7-1500 series, S7-1200, SCL programming is required)
- Optional good knowledge of Eplan (Version P8)
Optional good knowledge of AutoDesk Inventor
- Team worker
- Organizing qualities
- Problem solving capabilities
- Punctuality and accuracy, sense of responsibility
- Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory. Other languages are an asset.

Spraying Systems AutoJet Europe BVBA is a 100 % owned subsidiary of Spraying Systems Co in Wheaton, USA. We produce spray solutions for the European market and on request also for other Spraying Systems locations in the EMEA region. This mainly concerns the automation of spraying systems to control and monitor various spraying applications. In addition, we also develop the electronics that are used worldwide to drive the nozzles.
