Since we were founded in 1937, Spraying Systems has been a pioneer in spray drying. Within the first year we developed our very first spray drying nozzle and in 1951 we registered the SprayDry® name. SV SprayDry® nozzles feature a one-piece swirlchamber design for use in medium- and high-flow applications. SV nozzles are typically used for drying whey, milk and ceramics.
SK Series SprayDry® nozzles feature a slotted core design with a very uniform drop size distribution for low-flow applications. SK nozzles are typically used for drying egg products, starch and viscous flavoring.
SB Series SprayDry® nozzles feature a slotted core design with a very uniform drop size distribution for medium-flow applications. SB nozzles are typically used for drying Infant formula, milk, permeates and flavorings.
WhirlJet® SprayDry® nozzles feature a whirlchamber design for large particles in high-flow applications. WhirlJet nozzles are typically used for drying soap and detergents, coffee and meat extracts.
