Apply chemicals to carpet and flooring uniformly and consistently to ensure quality and reduce defective product. The AutoJet(R) Precision Spray System eliminates waste and scrap caused by under- and over-application of expensive chemistries and the use of surfactants required for foam log applicators. Using Precision Spray Control (PSC), the system automatically adjusts the application rate when line speed changes and turns nozzles on and off based on the width of the carpet or flooring to ensure the proper volume of chemical is applied exactly where needed.
