Client Support Engineer

Employment at our brand new facility in Deinze

Your duties and responsibilities:

• First line of technical support for clients, concerning sold systems under Autojet portfolio
• (Basic) functional testing of systems in production as supporting role or in order to familiarize with new systems
• Perform demos if requested
• Support with installation and on-site start-up 

Your skills and qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in (Electromechanical) engineering

• Experience with TIA Portal to support Siemens PLC platforms (S7-1500 series, S7-1200), typically over an eWon connection

• You are resilient in stressful situations and have a customer-friendly mindset

• You can read and understand electrical schemes

• You work well in a team environment

• Knowledge of pneumatic and hydraulic components (like valves and sensors)

• You like to travel in Europe (typically 1 to 5 times per month)

• Excellent problem-solving and organizing skills

• You are punctual and work accurate with a sense of responsibility

• Fluency in English and Dutch is mandatory, French and other languages are an asset
