Our FullJet®, VeeJet®, WhirlJet®, SpiralJet® and QuickJet® nozzles have been optimized for industrial operations such as cooling, coating, cleaning, lubricating, dust control and fire protection. Two newer additions to our line include our Maximum Free Passage FullJet nozzles and our Uniform Distribution FullJet nozzles.
- Spray patterns include flat spray, solid stream, full cone, hollow cone, fine spray, oval and square spray with angles ranging from 0° to 170°.
- Flow rates range from .025 to 2500 gpm (.09 to 9464 lpm), with pressures up to 4000 psi (276 bar)
- Material options ranging from metals and plastics to high-performance alloys, with resistance to wear, chemicals, corrosion and / or temperature.
- Design options include clog-resistant and easy-maintenance styles with a wide range of connection types and sizes, plus dozens of mounting options.
- Quick-connect and quick-change nozzles allow the body to stay on the header, so all you have to do is replace the spray tips — most of which automatically align and can be installed by hand without tools. Dozens of styles are available, with the ability to mix and match bodies and tips to achieve precise performance.
