Plastic FoamJet® Nozzles Specifications and Accessories
Our plastic FoamJet spray tips feature an air induction process to generate aerated foam in a flat spray pattern with approximate spray angles of 40º, 75º or 105º, using diluted foaming agent. As a result, the foam lasts longer than conventional sprays, providing more effective cleaning while minimizing chemical use.
Feature Overview:
- The FJP series offers a spray tip pre-orifice and body construction made of polypropylene.
- The QJFJP series offers Celcon®, chemical-resistant, lightweight yet durable high-performance plastic, pre-orifices with a standard nylon body, stainless steel screen and Viton® O-rings
- These materials of construction complement our complete line of foaming nozzles and make these spray tips a low-cost alternative to brass or stainless steel models
- When coupled with our UniJet® nozzle system, installation and removal of the spray tips for maintenance, capacity change or replacement are simple. The spray tips fit into all UniJet body assemblies and into the Quick UniJet System for automatic alignment, added versatility and color-coded caps. QJFJP has an integrated quickset cap
- The plastic FoamJet spray tips are available in six different capacity sizes. The pre-orifice inserts are color-coded for easy capacity identification. Capacities range from .15 to 1.0 gpm at 40 psi (.57 to 3.9 l/min at 3 bar). The tips operate at a maximum pressure of 150 psi (10 bar) or 100 psi (7 bar) in the Quick UniJet System
Performance Data:
*Based on spraying water at 40 psi (3 bar) with air aspiration holes blocked.
