Tank Wash Products Overview

  • Fixed (Stationary) Nozzles:  Nozzles stay in position while spraying
  • Fluid-Driven Reactionary Force Nozzles: Nozzles are free spinning, increasing rotational velocity as pressure to the nozzle increases
  • Fluid-Driven Constant Speed Nozzles: Nozzles use the momentum of the liquid flow to drive the nozzle’s spray head while constant rotating speed is maintained
  • High Pressure Motor-Driven Tank Washers: An electric or air motor drives the nozzle assembly. Two to four solid stream nozzles revolve around the central axis of the nozzle assembly
  • Retractable Tank Washers: High-impact motorized tank washers with a pneumatic device that automates insertion and retraction of the unit from the tank before and after cleaning. The result is automated tank cleaning without manual intervention.
  • AutoJet® Automated Tank Cleaning Systems: The performance of spray nozzles and motorized tank washers is optimized in these turnkey systems. These systems include standard pump/motor sets are sized for best operating efficiency of tank cleaning nozzles.
  • SprayCheck™ TW Monitoring Device: Acoustic monitoring system verifies tank cleaning nozzle operation, provides detailed performance documentation and alerts operators to problems.
