SprayDry® spray nozzles:
- Improved core and cap design offers increased free passage without changing spray performance.
- Clogging is reduced and production uptime is dramatically increased in commercial spray drying of dairy and food powders.
- Body and cap constructed of type 303 Stainless Steel.
- Core available in specially treated hardened stainless steel or tungsten carbide.
- Fiber gaskets are standard with optional Teflon® fluoropolymer resin or aluminum gaskets.
- Specially treated hardened stainless steel or tungsten carbide orifice inserts.
- 120 interchangeable orifice insert/core combinations with capacity sizes based on water range from 55 to 570 gph at 1000 psi (210 to 2170 l/hr at 70 bar) with spray angles from 34° to 109°.
- Maximum pressure is 7000 psi (483 bar) with a maximum recommended temperature of 300°F (150°C) using standard fiber gasket.
