Efficiency (HTE), 1/4J Series
Features and Benefits
- A new air cap design enables the use of lower air pressures to achieve the same spray performance as conventional external mix set-ups.
- HTE set-ups operate at pressures as low as 5 psi (0.3 bar).
- A large air chamber directly feeds the air exit orifices. Design provides high liquid transfer efficiency, minimal air loss, and minimal misting.
- Air consumption is reduced and maximum spray coverage on the target is achieved.

Air Caps
HTE air cap produces a flat spray and a round spray.
1158 retainer ring and 3612 gasket must be ordered separately from the spray set-up, but are included in the standard nozzle assembly. Please contact your sales engineer.

Adjustments may need to be made to accommodate other liquids with different characteristics.
