- Solid wide cone-shaped spray pattern with round impact area with spray angle of 120° at 10 psi (0.7 bar).
- Fast and easy installation of spray tips without tools.
- Automatic alignment.
- Lower cost – nozzle body can be reused – only spray tips are replaced.
- Removable caps and vanes for easy inspection and cleaning on some models.
- Non-removable vanes that contribute to uniform distribution across the impact area on some models.
- Standard Quick FullJet spray nozzle assemblies:
- Nozzle body, spray tip with integral seal.
- ProMax Quick FullJet spray nozzle assemblies:
- Nozzle body, spray tip and optional external O-ring.
- ProMax QuickJet® provides increased chemical resistance and less build-up. Additional protection against contaminants in harsh environments is provided by internal O-ring seal and optional external O-ring. See chart for maximum pressures at various temperatures.
- ProMax Quick FullJet spray tips color-coded for easy flow rate identification.

Quick FullJet Spray Tips
Quick FullJet nozzles are comprised of two components, a body and a spray tip. QHA-W, QGA-W, QLHA-W and QLGA-W are the four spray tips available. Each of these four spray tips are compatible with either the male or female bodies.
