Conveyor Cleaning
- VeeJet® nozzles provide a medium impact spray and ideal for rinsing, washing and sanitizing
- WashJet® nozzles produce a high-impact, solid stream or flat stream pattern and are widely used to cut through debris on conveyors and equipment
- FlatJet® nozzles provide a narrow angle, high-impact spray. These nozzles provide thorough cleaning even when operating at low pressure – an approach commonly used in cleaning to keep contaminants from spreading to other areas
- SpiralJet® nozzles with a full cone spray pattern provides full cleaning coverage of narrow-width conveyors and the extra large free passage design minimizes clogging in recirculating systems
- Custom Manifolds are available to ensure thorough cleaning in hard-to-reach equipment areas. Specify fixed or oscillating, inlet and outlet connections, nozzle spacing, spray height, materials of construction and more
- 3A nozzles for CIP application include our Fixed Spray Balls, our fluid-driven constant speed 41800E tank wash nozzles and the 28500R nozzle with a threadless design and stainless steel locking pin to prevent contamination
- Rotating tank wash nozzles include motor-driven, high-impact tank washers and smaller fluid-driven constant speed and reactionary force tank wash nozzles
- Stationary tank wash nozzles are available in dozens of configurations. Choose from a variety of spray patterns, coverages, materials connections and self-draining options
- Custom sanitation lances are also available to ensure proper nozzle positioning. Customize lance diameter, thickness, length, connectors, materials and more
- WindJet® Blower Air Knives use a regenerative blower to produce clean, heated air and are ideal for use in larger areas where the conveyor is more than 2 ft. (.6 m) wide
- WindJet Low-Flow Air Knives use very small amounts of compressed air to product a high-velocity, uniform air stream and operate at noise levels below 69 dBA. An efficient alternative to drilled pipes, Low-Flow Air Knives are well suited for conveyors less than 2 ft. (.6 m) wide
- WindJet Air Nozzles offer the highest impact of all air control products and are widely used to remove excess water from detailed objects with crevices or rounded objects that require high velocities
Spray Guns
- Our CU150 spray gun features a high-impact, low-pressure spray with an adjustable spray pattern for maximum versatility
- For high temperature applications, low pressure sanitation, the 60-21580 spray gun with a trigger-activated, adjustable spray pattern is widely used
- The PW4000AS spray gun, designed to reduce operator fatigue and simplify hose maneuvering, operates at pressure up to 4000 psi (275 bar)
