WashJet® Spray Nozzles Offer High Impact Cleaning For a Wide Range of Applications
Our full line of WashJet nozzles can be found in many areas of a car wash – pressure wash, first rinse, cleaning grills, rocker panels and wheel wells – any area where high impact is needed to remove dirt or detergent. These nozzles are suitable for use with a wide range of flow rates and operating conditions and are available with a choice of spray patterns, spray angles and connections.
Threaded WashJet Nozzles: MEG, IMEG® and ZMEG
- MEG:
- Spray angles of 0° to 65°
- Operating pressures from 300 to 4000 psi (20 to 275 bar)
- Uniform distribution – an internal guide vane stabilizes liquid turbulence
- Longer wear life and flow control accuracy with specially hardened stainless steel
- IMEG:
- Spray angles of 0° to 65°
- Patented design provides optimized fluid dynamics to minimize turbulence and maximize spray performance
- The 302 stainless steel guide vane further stabilizes turbulent flow and improves pattern quality and cleaning efficiency
- Operating pressures from 300 to 4000 psi (20 to 275 bar)
- Uniform distribution – an internal guide vane stabilizes liquid turbulence
- Longer wear life and flow control accuracy with specially hardened stainless steel
- ZMEG:
- Spray angles of 0° to 40°
- Maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi (207 bar)
- A precision, high-performance plastic orifice-inserted in a brass body-provides long wear life at a lower cost
- MEG-SSTC:
- Spray angles of 0° to 65°
- Maximum erosion resistance with tungsten carbide orifice inserts
Quick-Connect WashJet Nozzles: QCMEG, QCIMEG™ and QCZMEG
- Incorporates the convenience of a quick connect/disconnect design
- Protective nozzles guards are color-coded for easy identification of spray angles
- Locating ribs on nozzle guards enable fast alignment and easy spray pattern direction
- QCMEG:
- Spray angles of 0° to 40°
- Operating pressures from 300 to 4000 psi (20 to 275 bar)
- Uniform distribution - an internal guide vane stabilizes liquid turbulence
- Longer wear life and flow control accuracy with specially hardened stainless steel
- QCIMEG:
- Spray angles of 15° to 40°
- Operating pressures from 300 to 4000 psi (20 to 275 bar)
- Patented design provides optimized fluid dynamics to minimize turbulence and maximize spray performance
- The 302 stainless steel guide vane further stabilizes turbulent flow and improves pattern quality and cleaning efficiency
- Uniform distribution - an internal guide vane stabilizes liquid turbulence
- Longer wear life and flow control accuracy with specially hardened stainless steel
- QCZMEG:
- Spray angles of 0° to 40°
- Maximum operating pressure of 3000 psi (207 bar)
- A precision, high-performance plastic orifice-inserted in a brass body-provides long wear life at a lower cost
Adjustable WashJet Nozzles: 23990, 48099 and 24055
- 23990:
- Spray angles of 0° to 80°
- Additional exterior protection provided by a nylon outer covering
- 48099:
- Adjustable spray angles from 0° to 80° to 3000 psi (200 bar)
- Orifice of hardened stainless steel for wear resistance and long life
- Solid brass or stainless steel cap
- 24055:
- Adjustable high/low provides two pressure settings by sliding a valve
- Adjustable spray angles of 0° to 80° by rotating outer cover
