 Plastic VeeJet® Spray Nozzles: Great Performance In Wetting, Pretreatment, Rinsing and Chemical Applications
Our plastic VeeJet nozzles were designed specifically for car wash operations and are widely used because they are so versatile. The nozzles are available in a wide range of capacities and color-coded by spray angle for easy, instant recognition:
- 25° – green
- 40° – white
- 50° – blue
- 65° – purple
- 80° – light green
- 95° – grey
- 110° – light blue
- 120° – light purple
Constructed of Kynar®, VeeJet nozzles offer excellent chemical resistance to acids, bases and oxidizing agents and can operate at pressures up to 500 psi (35 bar) depending on temperature.
Other advantages include:
- Nozzle body is standard hex size and has a flange for easy installation and removal using a standard socket wrench
- Flats on the nozzle facilitate proper alignment of spray pattern
- An optional removable strainer is available

Kynar is a registered trademark of Arkema, Inc. Tough, chemical-resistant fluoropolymer (PVDF) — the plastic VeeJet spray nozzles are more versatile and economical than metal nozzles. Kynar is particularly well suited for car wash applications because it withstands a variety of temperature ranges and is resistant to acids, bases, and oxidizing agents. In fact, the Kynar material can be used in temperatures up to 300°F (149°C). The plastic VeeJet spray nozzles feature special lead-in threads that help guide the nozzle into position.
